Transportation
The shipment of our products is restricted to the territory of Peninsular Spain, Balearic and Canary Islands and part of Europe.
To check the possibility and shipping costs before finalizing the purchase, access the cart and it will appear if it is possible to ship to your country as well as the cost of transport.
In international shipments outside the European Economic Community (Euro Zone), depending on the country, the government of your country may require you to pay the amount of the added value and customs duties imposed by the legislation in force in your country.
We ship Monday through Friday and the preparation and transit times mentioned below refer to business days (no holidays or weekends).
Transportation schedule
Our transportation rates are standard service. Deliveries are made during business hours, from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm.
Preparation and Shipping Times
Los envíos se realizan al siguiente día laborable de su recepción. El tiempo de tránsito es de 2 a 5 días laborables, según el destino dentro de España Peninsular, después de que Correos/MRW recoja el pedido. Le recordamos que los Sábados, Domingos y Festivos no se computan como hábiles.
Para envíos a Canarias, Ceuta y Melilla con Correos Marítimo el tiempo son de 2 a 9 días hábiles, se mandan como Correos Paquetería Estándar.
Para envíos a Baleares con Correos Marítimo el tiempo son de 3 a 8 días hábiles, se mandan como Correos Paquetería Estándar.
Los pedidos recibidos de lunes a viernes hasta las 13:00h se gestionarán el mismo día si es laboral salvo rotura de stock, los pedidos recibidos a partir de 13:01 horas se procesarán al día siguiente laboral.
Los pedidos realizados en sábado, domingo o día festivo se gestionarán el siguiente primer día hábil.
Los días Festivos de Sevilla deberán ser tenidos en cuenta como día festivo en dalire.com en lo que a la entrega de la mercancía se refiere, debido a que nuestra plataforma logística se encuentra en Sevilla. Rogamos disculpen las molestias que dicho problema les pueda ocasionar.
Este plazo puede verse alterado por algún incidente fortuito o de fuerza mayor, pudiendo retrasarse la entrega por causas ajenas a la voluntad y gestión de Dalire Cosmetics.
What happens if my delivery address is incorrect?
Te pedimos que revises la dirección indicada al realizar tus pedidos para asegurarte de que los datos son correctos y completos, ya que no es posible cambiar la dirección una vez se ha efectuado sin que se genere un gasto de envío adicional que corre a cargo del cliente. Si detectas algún dato incorrecto comunícate lo antes posible con nosotros a [email protected]. Esta situación puede incrementar la demora en la entrega entre 24 y 48 horas más. ¡No te olvides de revisar bien todos los campos! En especial el número de teléfono.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
- Correos/MRW do not call ahead on the first delivery. The time of delivery is usually during the day following collection. Even if we request it, they do not call before delivery.
- MRW makes 2 delivery attempts at the address (Correos one), after these attempts the package must be picked up at the Correos/MRW office indicated to you (the closest to the address).
- A tracking number will be sent to the email with which you have registered your purchase in order to control the order in addition. Depending on the carrier, you can send an SMS with the tracking information.
- Delivery times are not guaranteed in any case, since it depends on an external company and factors of location and workload of the destination couriers.
- If a customer refuses delivery and finally have to return the product Correos/MRW, the cost of the return is borne by the customer which will be deducted from the amount paid under Directive/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October on consumer rights. This amount is 6,30 € (VAT included) per refused delivery.
- The times for international orders do not include the time it may take for customs to check the packages, each country has different customs times.

- Balearic Islands – Correos Marítimo ( Delivery 3-8 working days) from 2,99€ (VAT included)
- Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla – Correos Marítimo (Delivery 6-9 working days) No DUA – from 4,99€.
FREE SHIPPING:
- Iberian Peninsula on orders over 29€, except offers and promotions.
- Balearic Islands on orders over 120€.
- Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla on orders over 110€.
Europe:
