HOW TO RETURN A PRODUCT
Whatever the reason, we kindly ask you to send us the products together with the completed return form. If you wish to be reimbursed for your order, this will be done by the same means used for the payment of the initial order.
For hygiene and health reasons DALIRE (Nezeni Cosmetics S.L.) will not accept the return of used, opened or unsealed products.
For a faster service, the items must be returned in their original packaging and, if possible, in the same box in which they were sent. If this is not possible, we would be grateful if you could pack the products in the best possible packaging to avoid any problems during the return.

A confirmation e-mail will inform you of the receipt of your package and the processing of your order. All exchanges will be sent by regular mail.
RETURN POLICY
In Dalire we offer our customers the possibility to return their orders. The customer may request a refund of the amount of the product purchased.
Conditions for exchanges and returns.
The maximum period for requesting an exchange for another product or the right of withdrawal shall be 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order. After this period, DALIRE will not accept returns. For hygiene and health reasons, DALIRE will not accept the return of used, opened or unsealed products. Nor will we accept products that have been damaged or damaged, without original packaging/box/case or that are missing any element or accessory.
If a customer refuses delivery and finally have to return the product MRW, the cost of the return is borne by the customer to be deducted from the amount paid referred to in Directive/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October on consumer rights. This amount is 6.30 € (VAT included) per rejected delivery in the case of MRW which is charged directly to us.
In case of change or return of an order by express desire of the customer, for not being delivered within 15 days after shipment, not being possible delivery at home due to absence of the customer or for other reasons beyond Dalire, it will be the customer who must bear the direct cost of returning the goods plus the cost of prior shipment.
- Iberian Peninsula: 1,98€ initial shipment (return at customer’s expense by the company of his choice or, failing that, with MRW collection, which charges 6,30€ if he decides to have it picked up by us).
- Baleares Correos marítimo: 2,99€ initial shipment (return at customer’s expense by the company of his choice) Charge for failed delivery and/or non-collection of package at post office 5,98€ (amount charged by Correos for return of package)
- Canary Islands Correos marítimo: from €2.99 initial shipment (return at the customer’s expense by the company of his choice) Charge for failed delivery and/or non-collection of package at the post office €9.98
- Europe: initial shipping cost charged on the order (return to be paid by the customer by the company of his choice) Failed delivery charge and/or failure to pick up the package at the post office 29.99

2. Pack the product(s) under the same conditions as you received them. DALIRE will send the transport agency to your home to proceed with the collection.
3. Once the products have been received, DALIRE staff will check them and if everything is correct, they will proceed to exchange or return them.
The refund of the amount of the returns will be made through the same channel that the customer selected as payment method at the time of placing the order.
Returns of defective products or products in poor condition.
For reasons beyond our control it is possible to receive a product with a manufacturing defect or in poor condition. We kindly ask you to contact our customer service department as soon as you notice that the product has an anomaly, informing us of the incident. Once you contact us we will indicate the procedure for the replacement of the defective product.
In the event that the reason for the return is that the product presents some type of deterioration or manufacturing defect, DALIRE will pay the return shipping costs.
No returns will be accepted for products that have been opened or used, unless it is because they are damaged or defective.
Please note that you must keep the invoice of the order for any return.
Returns due to transport damages.
It is possible that the product may suffer some kind of damage due to handling or transport. In order to identify possible damage caused by transport, Dalire recommends its customers to check the package at the time of receipt in order to identify possible blows, damage on the outside of the package.
If the goods show obvious signs of having been damaged during transport, the customer has the right to reject the goods upon receipt, informing the courier of the reason for non-acceptance.
