HOW TO BUY

Buying at Dalire is very easy.

Choose the product you want by clicking on the corresponding “product“. Search for the brand you are interested in and, once you have chosen it, you will be able to see the whole range available (prices including VAT). Once you have chosen the product, by clicking on the “Buy” button, it will appear again with its unit price and an indication of the number of units you want. You will be able to add as many products as you want to the purchase. You can also delete a selected product by clicking on the X that appears to the left of each reference. Every time you add or delete a product, the total amount of your order will be recalculated.

When you have completed your order, click “Finalize Purchase“.

If you are already a customer, enter your e-mail and password. If you are not, you can pay without registering (although an automatic user will be generated with the data you provide to verify your purchase and possible problems).

Your order information will appear: the delivery address and the payment method to choose. For more information go to the “Frequently Asked Questions” section in the footer at the bottom of the page.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

In your user profile you have a specific space to return the order automatically, or to request the credit of any of the products of your purchase.

For hygiene and health reasons Dalire will not accept the return of used, opened or unsealed products. Products that have been damaged or damaged, without original packaging/box/case or that are missing any element or accessory will not be accepted.

Once the goods have been received, you can contact us within 14 calendar days of receipt of the product by e-mail: [email protected].

The amount of the article will be refunded or exchanged for another article as soon as possible.

Dalire undertakes to accept returns of sealed products with full refund of the product, deducting the direct costs of returning the purchased product.
