Our products are packaged in a recyclable cardboard box. We do not shrink-wrap our products, that is, we do not wrap them in plastic, in order to reduce the amount of waste we produce to the environment.

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO WE HAVE?

Credit/Debit Card

You can pay by credit card free of charge. Eventually we perform security checks for credit card payments. A photocopy of your ID may be requested along with the credit card as a measure to verify the cardholder’s ownership.

Payment using PayPal

Pay quickly and securely with your PayPal account or with your credit or debit card, without sharing financial information with Nezeni Cosmetics. PayPal automatically encrypts confidential data with the help of the best technologies available on the market. Orders paid using PayPal do not incur any surcharge on the total amount.

PayPal payment is only allowed in Europe and USA / Canada, all other countries only credit/debit card payment is accepted.

HOW DO I BECOME A USER OF THE WEBSITE?

You can only register when you buy a product, remember that it is very important to fill in the information of your data correctly, because it is the ONLY way we have to ensure and trust our future customers. Therefore, you must fill in your name, date of birth, street, number, postal code, town, province, e-mail address, and finally a password.

You must fill in the delivery address data of the orders as detailed as possible to avoid unnecessary errors.

It is important to note that the email address and password are essential as without them you will not be able to shop on the website or you will have to fill in all your data again.

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

  • Step 1: Search and select the cosmetic you want. Once selected, click “buy”. This will take you to another window (cart) in which shows you the selected cosmetics. If you want more than one, the easiest way is to add them in the corresponding box and you will see how the number of selected products increases.
  • Step 2: Once you have decided what to buy click “Finalize Purchase” and you will be asked for your billing information and below if you want to send it to a different place.
  • Step 3: You have to confirm if the delivery address information is correct and if it is not, you have the option to change it. If they are correct, decide the payment method and click on the “Checkout” button.
  • Step 4: Finally, depending on the type of payment you have chosen, you will have to validate your order and enter the requested data and click “confirm”.

CLAIMS AND CANCELLATIONS

In our contact section at the bottom of the page you can send us the information you wish for us to process, such as complaints about orders or cancellations. For this purpose, and although it is not necessary, we would be grateful if you could indicate your order number, and we will try to answer you as soon as possible.
